A: All prices are listed in either US dollars, Australian dollars or UK pounds dependant upon the currency you selected when ordering. All orders are charged in Australian dollars.
If your credit card statement is based on a different currency, the charges to your credit card will be converted to and displayed in your home currency on your credit card statement. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
A: Yes. All ordering processes on all ineedhits websites take place on a secure server using the VeriSign Secured services and we can assure you that your credit card details will remain confidential at all times.
A: We do provide optimization and submission services for Adult websites, but with some restrictions depending on the content and the explicit nature of the website.
Due to legality restrictions we are NOT able to provide advertising services (Banner Advertising and Newsletter Advertising) for Adult websites.
We are not able to provide our Top-Up Traffic service for Adult websites.
Easy Search Advertising: We can only cater for sites that sell adult related product (i.e. adult toys). Please note hardcore pornography is banned by Google & Yahoo!.
SUBMISSIONS: We will carry out submission services for Adult websites, but only to search engines that accept adult websites in their indexes.

Here, you are able to securely edit your personal details, email communication preferences, and credit card details.
A: Tasks are a variety of reminders to help you make the best use of our services and to make your interaction with ineedhits as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Tasks contain reminders (for example, if your credit card has expired, or if we require certain information to fulfill your order) and notifications (such as when a service is completed, or download reports become available).
Each Task is designed in such a way that you are lead straight to the relevant page of your account.
A: All your reports will always be available in the My Reports and My Websites section of your account management area.
My Reports sorts your reports by date. My Websites lets you view your services and their status by URL.
A: To do this please login to your ineedhits account and in the account toolbox menu you will find a link to "Manage Subscriptions". This gives you the flexibility to pause, cancel or re-activate your service(s) by clicking on "Edit" next to the service that you wish to change.
After pausing, cancelling or re-activating a service, make sure you "Confirm" each action.
A: You can check the status of your order/s in your account area.
The status of your order will fall into 3 categories - "Pending", "In Progress" or "Delayed".
Pending: Work is yet to begin on your services.
Delayed: Due to incorrect or missing order information which is preventing work being done on the service.
This may include an invalid URL, your site being under construction or you have provided invalid FTP details. You should have received an email asking you to provide the correct information. Once this information is received, your services will be completed.
In Progress: Your services are currently being completed.
You can see the status of your orders in the "My Website" section of your Account Toolbox.

A: In April 2012, a few customers were accidentally undercharged for some of their renewing services. To avoid any disruption to services, we have applied an adjustment fee to the relevant accounts to recover the difference.
This adjustment covers the difference between what was initially charged and what should have been charged for the respective services. Clients impacted by this, will note that the total charges in their account for April 2012, including the adjustment, are in line with previous charges for their services.

A: If you purcahse a banner from ineedhits, you banner will be displayed and rotated on various pages of the ineedhits.com website (only) in full view to all of our visitors.
You determine the number of times it is displayed. The more displays you purchase, the cheaper it becomes and the more exposure your website will receive.
In the My Reports section of your online account, you can view the statistics on how many times your banner has been displayed to our visitors and how many times it has been clicked.
A: If you are providing us with your own banner, the banner has too meet the following specifications:
- GIF or JPG files only
- Dimensions: Width - 468, Height - 60 pixels
- File size: Images must be less than 10k in size
A: Yes. During the order process you can provide us with the text that you want to be displayed as your newsletter ad.
You can also email our customer service team with the text before your ad is published. Please note that your ad cannot be longer than 200 characters.
