I personally think this is the best thing Google have done in recent times. I knw many of us ethical webmasters take the time to emply the right techniques and follow the guidelines an there are a lot out there who don't and get away with it day in-day out. It's good to see Google show the SEO "scene" that no one can fly under the radar and no matter what size you are you can be penalised.Well done Google....
Thanks Google for identifying BMWs unscrupulous practices in artificially boosting its google listing. How can the tiny websites ever get up there with such unethical behaviour. After all, the're hardly short of a quid. It's time we all had a fair go.
So this means for companies like I need hits, will have no business as this proves that site position companies and such are no use, and a total waste of money.
This doesn't appear to have any direct impact on the BMW.com web page. Typing in bmw, their main web page is at the top of the list. Meaning what?
i am not sure if this accurate. www.bmw.de has a page rank of 7 even now. And we searched for a bunch of german words related to sports cars (my wife is fluent) and the site came up.
