LivePerson and ineedhits Enter Joint Marketing Agreement

LivePerson, Inc. and ineedhits have entered into a joint partnership which will see leading conversion and search marketing services made available to their extensive small business client bases.

New York, NY, April 14, 2007 -- LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN), a provider of online conversion solutions, and ineedhits, a leading search marketing firm for small business owners, today announced a joint marketing agreement to offer their services to each company's respective small business client base.

Under the terms of the agreement, by using the new SEO Wizard Reseller Solution developed by ineedhits, LivePerson will provide access to ineedhits' search engine optimization and submission tools to the company's small business customers and ineedhits will refer customers interested in live chat solutions directly to LivePerson.
