Jackie ShervingtonCo Chief Executive Officer
Jackie Bayer Shervington is now the CoCEO of ineedhits.com and her focus is on the smooth CEO transition as well as advising on special projects. On the 1st August, she will join the ineedhits Advisory Board and play a new role in ineedhits future growth.
Jackie has been ineedhits' CEO since April 2004. She has helped build a professional culture which has created a business of disciplined business processes and technology which is able to deliver the most competitive priced search marketing services globally. Ineedhits seeks to be an innovator in search marketing services for small business.
She has 20 years experience in business development and marketing. Her career began in direct marketing, working for large corporations such as; Microsoft Australia, WCRS/dma (UK), leading Australian banks (Westpac & BankWest). She has been recognized by the Australian direct marketing industry, winning the Australian Young Direct Marketer of the Year award in 1997.

Warren DuffCo Chief Executive Officer
Warren was appointed to co-CEO in May 2008. During his 5 years with the company, he has played a strategic role in various capacities including COO and Business Development Manager. His appointment to co-CEO is a part of the organizations strategic succession plan, which will see him take on the role of sole CEO in August 2008.
His primary goal as co-CEO is to continue the company's clear vision and direction to further assert itself as a leader in the global SME search marketing environment, by continually developing the people, processes and products at the heart of the business.
Warren attends the major industry conferences and seminars, ensuring that his knowledge of the industry and marketplace is up-to-date. He has been invited to speak or be a panelist at a number of industry conferences.
Warren has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering – Computer Systems Engineering, from Curtin University of Technology and is a graduate of the Microsoft PTY Intern Program. Warren has several years of experience in customer service and enterprise levels sales.

Denise CrooksGroup Accountant
Denise Crooks joined ineedhits' senior management team in February 2005, bringing with her 30 years experience as an accounting professional.
She is responsible for the finance and administration function of the company. Denise has already implemented a comprehensive overhaul of ineedhits' accounting systems and procedures, streamlining and automating existing procedures and increasing reporting capabilities and efficiency.
During Denise’s 30 years of experience as Financial Controller and Accountant for several prominent Perth business entities and as an independent consultant, she has gained an in-depth understanding of retail, wholesale and Internet operations and their specific accounting needs.

Peter GavalasSales Manager
Peter has been with ineedhits since 2003 and is responsible for the sales department, handling both the every day and strategic aspects of running the sales and service function.
Peter manages his team which support the ineedhits customer base by answering queries 24x5 via Live Chat, phone and email, as well as helping to find the best product for new customers who are just starting their search engine marketing efforts.
Peter has several years of experience in customer service and sales, as well as 2 years experience in product development and management with ineedhits.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology and Electronic Commerce from Curtin University of Technology.

Rene LeMerleMarketing Manager
Rene is responsible for the ineedhits' marketing department and oversees its customer acquisition and customer retention initiatives.
Rene has over 8 years of marketing and sales experience with much of that time spent assisting businesses embrace the best of the internet.
During the course of his career, he has helped small businesses make the transition to online and internet marketing; assisted one of the UK’s premier lifestyle clothing brands expand its retail operations, and worked with one of the first major online real estate portals in Australia.
Rene graduated from Edith Cowan University (Western Australia) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business (Major in Marketing and Communications).

Brendan TaylorIT Manager
Brendan has over 8 years of experience in client server and web based application development and is leading the ineedhits software development team in their web, client server and smart client development efforts.
Before joining ineedhits, Brendan worked for Alphawast Information Management as a senior consultant, where he was involved in a number of major projects including clients like the Western Australian Department of Treasury and Finance, Brambles, BHP and Rio Tinto.
In his role of Information Technology Development Manager at Pharmacy 777 Australia, Brendan was responsible for the organization’s application development, support and infrastructure.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) and has successfully completed extensive Microsoft certified training in relation to application development.

George GavalasProduct Development Officer
George started his career at ineedhits in 2003 as an SEO specialist and was promoted to SEO Services Team Leader in 2005. He is now responsible for driving ineedhits' product development initiatives and is also in charge of managing ineedhits' Easy Search Advertising pay-per-click service.
George has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Information Systems and Electronic Commerce from Curtin University of Technology.

Heather WarnerHuman Resources Manager
Heather has been instrumental in recruiting all of the senior management team and the majority of our qualified and professional staff. In addition she has assisted ineedhits with the development of the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities and provides professional coaching and training in a variety of areas to our team.
Heather has also assisted in the development and implementation of the ineedhits infrastructure of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
Since completing a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Industrial Relations in 1986 at the University of Western Australia, Heather has gained 20 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource management throughout Australia and in the UK.
